Nicholas County Solid Waste Authority (NCSWA)

On January 1, 1989 the Nicholas County Solid Waste Authority, Inc., (NCSWA) was created and established as a public agency, a statutory corporation, in Nicholas County, in accordance with W. Va. Code §§  22C-4-3 and 22C-4-4.
